Administration
The Administration operates as a sovereign, self-contained system of governance, designed to protect our people, secure our autonomy, and maintain our sacred way of life without any outside jurisdiction. At the summit of our governance is the Overseer, who serves as our Head of State and holds the executive and judicial authority. The Overseer guides the religious and material direction of Freeport, ensuring that all actions taken within our jurisdiction align with our values and the universal right to self-determination under international law. To maintain the absolute independence of our sanctuary, no foreign laws, external courts, or outside government entities hold any authority over Freeport or our members.
The daily operations, infrastructure management, and material needs of our society are managed by the Administration, an executive body that reports directly to the Overseer. The Overseer holds the sole authority to appoint and remove members of the Administration, ensuring a cohesive leadership team that remains entirely loyal to the community's collective purpose. Every member appointed to the Administration must undergo specialized training in their specific role and responsibilities, possessing a comprehensive knowledge of our internal laws and customs. This ensures that the daily logistical operations from our technological infrastructure to our sustainable agricultural networks, are managed with the highest level of competence, ethical responsibility and devotion.
Justice is administered through a single, centralized Court staffed by qualified judges who are deeply knowledgeable in our laws and foundational values. While the Court is responsible for resolving internal disputes and upholding social standards, it operates under the ultimate oversight of the Head of State, meaning the Overseer retains the authority to review, alter, or completely overturn any decision made by a judge. This system guarantees that our laws are applied with consistency and are never used to distort the original purpose of our society. Because we function through a binding membership contract and is supported by the membership fees, members are not required to provide dedicated manual work or labor to the state. Your contractual agreement and capital contribution secure your place and provision within our society, allowing our administrative structure to focus purely on protecting your security, infrastructure, freedom and peace of mind.
