Every law in Freeport is drawn directly from the Qur'an. We do not supplement our legal system with hadith, later juristic rulings, or borrowed civil codes; where the Qur'an speaks clearly, that word is law, and where matters require further application, our Administration interprets and applies Qur'anic principle under the authority of the Imam. Each entry below links to a dedicated document explaining the law itself, its basis in the Qur'an, and how it is applied within our society.
When the law is fully written, it will be clickable. Laws that are listed, but not yet clickable, are still being finished.

A Living Legal Framework
This list will continue to grow as we grow, and each law listed here is accompanied by its own document detailing the relevant verses, the reasoning behind its application, and how it is upheld in practice. We believe transparency is as essential as justice itself; no member should ever be uncertain about what is expected of them, or unable to understand the reasoning behind the laws that govern their life here. If you have questions about any law listed above, or cannot find guidance on a specific matter, we encourage you to reach out to the Administration directly.
